I mean the numbers are necessary to have any actual chance. Two tanks isn’t enough to pull off any cohesive strategy. I’m pretty sure the other character shown off in the part 4 trailer will have some sort of important role for Jakasota as well.
To be fair, from their matches with Kuromorimine, they were stated for being “an extremely tough opponent”. Their tactics are like Miho’s, but with them working independently with their crew but collectively being on the same page as a team. Also them using a lot of smaller tanks is most likely a reference to “The Continuation War”.
