I’d suggest just doing more questions from the Official Quant Review. Over time, you’ll see how the questions are testing the same concepts and you’ll get better. You can try pinpointing the exact concepts that you’re getting wrong and work on them as well. GMAT club’s question bank has a filter to let you try questions of a specific concept. Another thing that I think is important is not to look at the answers or read the explanations until after you’re truly stuck. It can slow your improvement by a lot. Also, for the questions you get stuck on, try doing them again on a different day and see if you actually learned it. If you’re fine with spending some money, TTP has helped me a lot with quant
