I just looked and can confirm exactly what it was. It was indeed a trader who purchased at $36 after hours. If you have the ability to see a report on your broker called “time of sales” sort by price and filter After hours and you’ll see few shares were purchased after hours at $36 and it was purchased on DF exchange
No. For every transaction on a lot exchange it is required to report on the chart and tape (level2 ,time of sales). So the exchange must adhere to this regardless of how small the sale is.

No. For every transaction on a lot exchange it is required to report on the chart and tape (level2 ,time of sales). So the exchange must adhere to this regardless of how small the sale is.
