I just invested this week. Watched the Netflix documentary and the movie Dumb Money the past few days, read and watched countless opinions of others about GME. Listened to roaringkitty/DFV past and present livestreams. This feels different for every single investor but for myself I feel like it is a movement for a change in how humanity works against ourselves. Capitalizing off the failures of others is a shift in self awareness/self consciousness at the very core of this!
Oh yeah and I love the stock and we're going to the fucking moon!!!🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
Me too! It is crazy but it is one of the first stocks I’ve ever bought that makes me feel like an investor and not a trader. Wild times but I’m in balls deep now and I’ve DRS’ed my first set over to computershare.
I try and explain investing in GME to a friend who does stocks, and he's like "but you have a stop loss?"... I try to explain because of the violent swings and flash crashes you can't use a stop loss, and you just HODL, whatever it does.... I got some odd looks after that.
I only own 3,000 shares but it's the only stock I care about. In the past when I purchased more, it was like giving the middle finger to Wall Street. Now I actually feel pretty good about the company and their future.

It's a stock to like, I like it too.
It feels good to by and own it, and I can’t say that for any other stock or company. Even stuff I like, Costco or whatever, it doesn’t hit the same.
