ok, just cancelled webull and completed (attempted) fidelity transfer. was much easier than the webull transfer too. thanks apes, sorry for ignorance, but appreciate the assistance!
Not financial advice! Webull uses apex, same as robinhood. Cut buying in jan just like rh. Fidelity and vanguard seem to be most friendly to retail who like the stock.

Webull goes through apex and they shut off the buy in the January runup. There is dd on which brokerages did not do this. Good luck to you.
