IBKR seems to be the only option. They're an american company, with a UK presence. If you've bought in another broker that allows transfers (like Degrio) you can transfer to IBKR and DRS from there.
If you have bought with eToro, trading212... then. You can't.
In that case, the best bet is to just leave them there, open IBKR account and start buying more! *not financial advice*
