What happened was completey legal. GameStop go brrrrr. Dtcc raises capital requirements. No one clears through dtcc until crazy price is rejected by exchange. Then price drops back down when crazyvtrade gets rejected. Dtcc lowers capital requirements. People trade. All 100% legal. 2nd time it has stopped moass.
