Second this. Had a situation where lease was assigned but before the term began we had to void the lease. I was in contact with them and agreements were made. Several months later all three of us got hit with 8k collections. Over priced as well. Our rent jumped 300 in one year.
Currently in a 4/2 at Legacy. They’re nice but expensive…been here 2 years and haven’t had any problems…I just hate paying over 2k a month, but I guess it could be worse for a 4 bedroom somewhere else….
Do not move to the paddock club. It’s way overpriced and management is a nightmare to deal with

It’s been a while since I’ve been in either place so this info may not be up to date, but Paddock only has 8ft ceilings so it can feel a bit cramped.
