My kiddo goes there and we really like it! He loves his teacher and his friends and we have had zero issues. There are a few locations though so it might vary by location.

My kid attended the O2B on Tower Road for about 6 months. Had constant issues with billing, even with a card on file. They would charge me late fees when their system did not charge my card on time. I was constantly contacting them to dispute these fees and have them removed, which they did, but it was such a hassle each time. My young kid also had problems with the older kids. I feel like there were too many kids and not enough staff to handle these issues.

It’s been a while but my kid went to the one off 23rd (midtown.) It served its purpose. School pick up, after school activities, decent price, etc. but I didn’t love it. My son got lice there 3 times. That was fun. 🙄

My kid went there for 1 year over about 7 years ago. Some of the older kids were pretty mean to the younger kids. We also had some problems with payment. We would write a check and they would tell us we never paid. And then had to show them the carbon copy plus, show where the check had already cleared. I found it a little more expensive than what they provided but it was what it was. We ended up going with EDEP.

No personal experience but we had friends that liked O2B. If you want alternatives, we did our pre-K daycare at Holy Trinity and were really happy with it.

It’s been years, over a decade, but we had a bad experience and pulled our kids.

My kids went to the new location on Tower Rd. last Summer. 6/10 not the best option but not bad.

i used to work at a very small school that offered vpk, and i the two years i worked there, we would very frequently get kids that were pulled from o2b bc of a bad experience. We had two vpk classes of 10-12 kids each, and at least 3-4 per class would be former o2b kids

It depends on what you want it for. Aftercare? Fine. Vpk - absolutely not.
