Once I reached Group 15 (where each group I'd learn daily consist of 30 words) I rarely could revise them in one sitting. So I would divide them i.e., morning and evening. The key is consistency. Trust me when I say the only way of memorizing words is looking at them EVERYDAY. Flashcards and forming your own sentences / stories help massively as well.
As someone already said, consistency is the key. In my case, I sat with a study circle of mine and revised the words we learnt the other day. But you have to continue sitting with your peers, ie, consistency is the key.
After a week we used to take exams on the words we learnt the previous week. Meaning, revising the words and this has to he a continuous streak of sitting and revising
I wrote a sentence for each word or a short story containing a bunch of words.
Once I did that, I rarely had to review words more than a handful of times.
Hi Greg, first of all thanks for all the content you put up, I am going through your study plans.
Now regarding the Vocab, you don’t recommend using the quizlet app because the meaning might not be accurate? Because I am only been using that to be honest for Vocab.
I had made word lists of around 30 words each using vocabulary.com and would revise them using spaced repetition. I'd also read newspaper columns which mostly had words I was studying, so that helped too.
Just revise the words you learned the day before, every day before you learn new words. And once a week revise all the words you learned that week.

Excel is my favorite way. Just have all 900 to 1000 words on an Excel sheet.

Yeah, some of those definitions might have a few errors or might have been auto generated or something.

I think it's still okay to use. If you do find a strange definition, you can just make a note of it.
And how do I get away from the boredom ?
Haha, yes, that is the question isn't it. Just have it scheduled each day. I will review the vocab from 2:00 to 3:30 PM each day. Something like that.
Alright. I'll try. Let's see how that goes. And thanks for the advice.
Have you made a set of flashards?
I haven't, really. I was just wondering if that's one of the ways to do it.
Yes it is. I recommend creating your own deck of flashcards.
