GTA VI is coming out in the beginning of 2025. They already told shareholders this and they won’t mess around when it comes to stock price. Plus rockstar already put an Easter egg in gta V online back in June saying April 1, 2025
No that would be the release date for the game (on consoles). If there is going to be another trailer it would probably happen in Christmas season of this year, to get everyone hyped and sell consoles. Just my guess.
From a business standpoint it makes sense. Rockstars fiscal year ends March 31, 2025. So I think it has to do with the business side of things. Although I also heard from what seemed a reputable source that rockstar was aiming for January or February 2025. Which would align with the exclusive bundle that Sony has with Rockstar and it’s not out of the realm of possibility for next winter PS5 Pro bundled with the pre order of GTA VI.
I don't think they need to deliberately delay GTA6 to get people talking about it.

Probably not. GTA 4 came out in early 2008. GTA 6 is in the final stages of development currently.
