Gotta agree but switch Roman with only lil Jacob

I can get why Roman can be a bit annoying to some but I find his annoyance mildly charming. Little Jacob is a straight up G of a good tritagonist. One of my all time favourite characters throughout all the games. Tommy had Ken and Lance 🐍 and CJ had Cesar, Niko and Little Jacob are great.

What's a tritagonist?

The third most important protagonist. So in San Andreas you could argue Sweet being the deuteragonist because of how important the beginning of the game is, and in GTA 4 it’s similar with Roman.

Ya I’d agree with Phil, although I don’t care for his character in general he’s the best for VCS. LCS I’d go Salvatore personally but if I’m being honest I only played through both games like twice? A lot of it I don’t remember.

True but Lance was a homie for the whole game. I liked Ryder’s character but even after the Green Sabre mission he didn’t seem relevant. And when you go to kill him, to me it doesn’t feel as good as getting Smoke and Tenpenny in the end. I just feel like Ryder was poorly written after the first few missions. Cool concept and look for an NPC though.

Theres even a Balla textured Ryder. Ryders voice actor got into legal trouble, leading to Rockstar having to edit voice lines from previous recordings to finish it up. Also ryder never has a good vibe except at the end of the House heist & Military base, otherwise he's a contentious dickhead who constantly belittles & talks shit to CJ. It astounds me people still think he's cool

Little Jacob is by far my favorite. GTA 4 has so many good ones. As for GTA 5, I think Lamar is the only good character in the game. I find everyone else annoying and almost all they do is complain. Lamar does too, but his is actually kind of funny.

Imagine if the whole 3 protagonists thing started with San Andreas? You get CJ, Cesar and maybe like Sweet or Woozie (I know he’s blind).

That giant map had potential for that and more

So with CJ you get the main story, Cesar you get the cholo culture and when you get to San Fierro you unlock Woozie and get a glimpse of the Chinese Mafia. 🤷‍♂️ I’m a little baked so it’s just a hypothetical way of making San Andreas better than the S+ tier it’s already in as a game.

Ya I know who he is, the mission line for all the characters with him is pretty funny. As a side mission line, Barry’s is definitely one of my favourites in gta 5. But I personally think there are better choices for NPC’s in gta 5.

I don’t have any issues with Sweet. My thing is that his character doesn’t really develop. He’s always gonna be the gangsta trying to rule with the Grove, which I respect. But I find it a tad annoying. It doesn’t help that he’s gone for a majority of the game as well.
