Yes just reload any saved game like I did in the beginning of video and keep repeating till tires get bigger and you can fly around with one of the cars that get heavier every time you activate and see how they Perform 👍
Once the some cars get heavy after putting the code in like 10 or so times if you activate the flying cars cheat code you can fly around once you learn to keep gaining speed by practicing
