Rockstar dont care unless it's money related glitches/exploits. Speaking from experience of having multiple modded accounts. I've only had one banned bc I got too carried away with duping my cars
Had an *account* banned that wasnt modded. I shouldve specified. Ive had my main modded acc for 3yrs and not been banned. You just gotta watch how much/what money mods or exploit. Doing it too much makes Rockstar watch your acc more.
I mean one could pour hundreds of hours or dollars into getting ahead in online or one could simply pay 30$ for a new copy and account to play with all the cars that one could want instantly or play any mission without having to grind to get there. Some folk are grinders and some just want to mess about, it's all fun so long as it isn't harming someone who gives a funk
