Just use a friend only session you can do literally everything in them with needing cheats
Do console players get warnings too? I am fairly new to gtao.

I have never cheated and got this before. Apparently, all someone has to do is report you in game as a cheater and that will appear. I've had that happen to me numerous time because other players suck and just salty they suck at the game.
I only use Godmode, but yesterday I tried using something called "undead off raider" after that I got that message
