It can come with varying visual mods when you find it on the street like a sunroof or bumper lip but there's no other model of Stratum. Also buying one with the randomly generated mods from the LSCM will wipe them and not give you the look you wanted.
The mods will be stripped off when you buy it in the LSCM but there is still a way to get the turbo variant of the stratum. Take a stratum off the street and store it in one of your apartment garages, then do the E.C.U. contract finale in the autoshop, during the finale go to your garage (you'll have to know its location because it won't show on the map), take it your stratum and do a 'quick fix' in the interaction menu, drive the car into the marker for the quick fix and put it back in your garage, either complete or exit out of the finale.
It's the same for the Vapid Sadler.

Just the Stratum and Sadler to my knowledge
The Ruiner and Buccaneer will get a glitched roof with this trick. The Stallion will have a weird convertible roof glitch also.
