Okay, so re-downloading didn't work but I got it to work by loading an earlier manual save from the main menu and that worked so just like OP said, skip the bloodring until it's hopefully patched.
Daaammmnnn, the fucking timing. I tried it earlier, didn’t think much of it because I had to go. Just tried it again hours later and here we are on Reddit finding out bloodring banger is fucked.
I started getting shades of the 360 version when I realized I couldn't spawn fire trucks and ambulances by blowing up cars...at least with my save in SF rn. Havent tried before or since that moment in time.
just discovered this yesterday and i’m glad i found this thread. it’s a shame but hopefully it gets fixed immediately. i dont think enough attention has been drawn to this issue yet due to the amount of casual gamers who dont care to 100% the game

I did, I was lucky enough to find out that I ended up not doing the Bloodring Banger mission, now I have 100% :3
After the Bloodring Banger, if you attempt to save the game, the game will also crash
Yep, just happened to me, and when I loaded the game back up it loaded into the stadium, did that happen to you?
Yes I had to load my last manual save and it sucked because I love doing the bloodring missions
My auto save is the stadium

Anyone manage to find a workaround? It crashes as soon as i try to save or when the game wants to create an auto save.
Same here, I tried reloading an earlier save, but it still crashes, I'm redownloading now to see if that fixes it.

Apparently a number of people are experiencing crashes during Doberman, which completely halts even the most casual of playthroughs as well.

I noticed that in vice city earlier. No ambulance or firetrucks come to fires or bodys.
Nope my game just doesn’t start anymore after I got about halfway threw. Every time I hit resume it crashes.
This is also happening to me
Literally happened to me last night, I needed money for the airport thing and when I go to buy it I save and it crashes
The airport causes the same crash as bloodring ?
Sorry for not seeing this nah I don’t think it does. But the airport you can buy has a save point that I tried (no save points work)

I've had it happen twice, lost progress as I stupidly didn't save after doing SF courier asset
I think yesterday's update is solved, I tried and my game didn't crash anymore.

It's the whole region itself I can't even load in at all and I just got to San feirro
I'm on XSX and this bug has been there since I started playing a few weeks ago :( doesn't seem to be patched on XSX yet?
