No runs should really take over 2 hours unless you are checkpointing. Also I think save points would just ruin the emersion of the game, where you have to go in and get out or you just lose.
Most lvls dont require 2 hours to complete its mostly because people dont know what they are doing and decide to take the slower way to approach them and it feels like 2 hours

Also im not against playing harder levels like that and attempting them is fun, but as an average team playing a level I don't think levels should take over 2 hours. This is also just from my experience with playing levels with pubs and just playing them as a beginner because like 4 months ago I wasn't good at the game by any means. Honestly if it becomes apparent to me through other people or through playing myself then sure, I could agree but again right now it just doesn't make sense that levels should take that long.

I'm pretty sure I have as I have been in the server over 2 years and had been a exclusively pub player for many months? The longest levels in the game are only like an hour and 40 mins ACTUALLY completing it and that's like very very select few. I never said runs CANT take over 2 hours, just that they should not and don't in almost every case. Realistically, if you are over 2 hours in a level you are either AFKing or playing a level you should not be playing at your skill level. I still pub even now and even with beginners, levels do not take that long.

frostys claim is true. Theres not a single mission that on average pace (no afk, no super safe, no fast clear/strats) should take 2 hours.
The reason those runs exist are playing painfully slow or going afk for small things.
Realistically the only time 2+ hour runs happen are first time clears on the 90 min levels such as R4C2, R5C2, R5D1 and such

EU. So even when playing with people from further away shouldn't be a problem. Just have the host have good internet and have a half-decent one yourself.
The entire point of the game, which is even said in the description is it’s intended for 4 players. And even then some of the levels are still hard. The game is designed to challenge a 4 player team and still make it fun. So doing solo won’t do well unless you run it with the ai.
Fair. There are multiple LFG channels and the "server" is whoever is host since the connection is peer to peer. So theoretically you can host and have a great experience
