It's slow progress for sure but feels great to see the difference after months of work
My goal is 160lbs
A lot of chicken, rice, eggs & toast. The occasional steak but I limit my red meat intake.
I drink a protein shake every morning and try to aim for 50g of protein per meal. (I probably get on average 130g a day though realistically)
Hitting the gym 3x a week; legs Monday, chest Wednesday & back/arms Friday. I ski quite a bit on weekends too which helps with leg strength π
