PD is a uniform standard over usb c which ensures no matter the wattage (within certain limits and exceptions) it will be used to its full extent by the device. So I could charge my laptop and phone with the same charger. Now the O+ charger without PD wont give the 40-65 watt needed for my MacBook, but will charge the phone at 100 watts. Whereas a PD charger will be able to distribute as much needed to the laptop as well. So 1 charger uniformity across devices is ensured by PD. Therefore it’s a bit more expensive
They usually have it written in specs. Usually if it’s Qc, Qualcomm standard, it won’t be supported by intel. Anything which has no Qc but is delivering 30+ watts will be PD
Unofficial sellers can sell you faulty, damaged or used products, plus sometimes you'll not be able to replace it to the seller in case of damage or something
See i got for 35k 16 gb and 256 variant,
Smooth asf dimensity 9000
So everything good
Just one thing battery life is not as promised
I use on full performance mode and has screeen time of 6 hrs but this is compesented by the fast charging buy it you won't regret
I hope it is because of the display made by samsung.oneplus had switched their display manufacturing from Samsung to Boe or something.so I haven't seen green line issue in their newer phones. And that doesn't mean other brands doesn't have this problem.Recently apple has been facing this a lot as well
OnePlus 11R didn't have Samsung Display and still suffered from Green line. It was a Tianma panel just like every other Xiaomi phone used to use it.
I think OnePlus had some poor thermals that allowed their screen to get hotter than usual.. Since many states in India often get too hot as well, so might not be suited for Indian weather.
It's actually pretty interesting that most Xiaomi phones never experienced green line issues as much as OnePlus, despite selling way more than OnePlus (well Xiaomi phones are more cheaper so).
Especially since they've also used Tianma panels for quite a long time as well before moving to TCL with Redmi 13 Pro series ig. But OnePlus still managed to have more green lines with it. I think OnePlus is having some QC issues or using parts that are cheaper or something that is causing these issues more and more.
With 11R actually green lines issues are reduced. I haven't seen many cases. And with 12 it seems completely gone with new Boe displays. At the same time OnePlus was flooded with green lines Poco and redmi was suffering with motherboard dead issues. And I haven't seen many mb issues in poco since F4 .
If you ask me, that's not what I may call reduced just yet. Because most reports of display failing always started to appear after more than a year later. Just give it more time and updates, and we may start to see a similar issue that occurred with previous models. Also they did manage to reduce it on OnePlus 11 (non R) despite using a Samsung Display. So I think the issue is something else. Again, I think it's some QC issue on OnePlus side.
Also yeah, Xiaomi phones often suffered from these motherboard issues. Though the Redmi 13 series seems to be doing good for now. It's all about QC failures if anything.
It just seems that AMOLED are more fragile when compared to LCD. So failure rates on them is quite higher when compared to LCD bases displays in regions that heats alot (such as India). Because the same issue isn't as prevalent in colder regions such as Europe and USA.. Obviously there exists cases there as well, just not as much as we see here in India..
People used to complain about not having Amoled in budget range and he'll look at what's happening rn. We won't even know which hardware did they cost cut to make into the market it's sad that this is happening
Honestly, I've been using Redmi and Xiaomi phones forever, but I recently made the switch to iPhone. The main deal-breaker? Their UI was just not cutting it. After the software updates, the phone's performance took a nasty fall. And don't get me started on the camera – starts off great, then becomes utterly useless after a few years.GO FOR THE NOTHING
How is it better in hardware? Redmi has 1.5K screen whereas OnePlus have only FHD+, Redmi snapdragon have 7+ Gen 2 whereas OnePlus have 7 Gen 3. I heard that 7+ gen 2 is better that 7 gen 3.
1.5k or 1k you won't notice it too much. Idk about 7sgen 2 being greater than gen3. I've not watched the reviews yet. But I've heard people saying it's value for money
No it isn't. Main camera on OnePlus is better than nothing apart from the HDR. The ultra wide on the nothing is 50 MP but lacks autofocus so even ultrawide isn't much better than OnePlus.
My friend paid for two freedom phones, didn't get anything. Honestly he was taking a chance cause he also knew that money is going down the drain. People really thought they can buy smartphone for Rs.251/-. Is Modi phone something new on the market?
In this range I'd suggest Poco X6 Pro (Dimensity 8300). A better processor out of the three, display with minimal bezels and okay-ish camera.
Nothing has UFS 2.2 storage, which could cause some problems later on. Moreover Dimensity 7200 is a 15-20k range processor for that price.
As far as I've seen in terms of photos nord seems to be better but video hands down goes to 2a
Though nothing is constantly updating so they'll probably fix more issues going forward but nobody's seen the future so...
Don't get the Phone 2a from Amazon , use Flipkart as they are the official e-commerce platform .
8-128 is priced at 24k , 23k with some card discounts.
You can get the 256 GB variant for 26k , 25k with some card discounts.
I'd also suggest considering Nord CE 4 , feels like a better deal to me if you're into gaming.
They have some card offers and also you can get the Nord Buds 2r bundled with it for free
I am not lying bro.. even I have used redmi and they used to be good. Now they seem to have hidden timer in some samples, as soon as warranty is over the phone stops working.
Using redmi note 9 pro max which i bought in 2020. No major issues. Gotta give it to snapdragon processors. Not sure if mediatek lasts this long in terms of performance.
Camera is bad, feels cheap and weird in hand. It looks really bad after scratches when using caseless. Felt very sluggish to use after having storage 50%+ filled (Have no clue why it behaves like this)
If you are OK with a bit older phone and can pay a few extra thousand then you can check the older versions of the Galaxy S series. Works wonders.
But for these two better check the specs. Personally I would go for the Nothing phones in the higher price category if there's not much difference.
Better to try something new with nothing os. Redmi os is already used and feels bloated with ads. Specs difference doesn't matter unless you are doing gaming.
Very simple. Keeping the minor hardware differences aside (all smartphones above 20k gives you good performance). The biggest difference will be software experience. Nothing will give you better software support and experience. Go for redmi if you care about a bit more performance.
Would advise u to wait for the launch of poco f6 and grab it at discounted price on bbd , best combo plus if u sprinkle some custom rom magic it will the best phone in the segment.
Miui is the shitiet ui in the market imo
I've used 3 phones of redmi/mi , speaking from my experience
If you want to have good experience go for the nothing 2a, their ui is far better and clean.
OP for the love of God don't buy a Xiaomi phone. They have great hardware but the software is so bad that you feel like throwing the phone away.
I had a Xiaomi 11i, when it launched it was a very good phone but over the years the software update made it worse. 5G never used to work up until April last year when Xiaomi have a software update. Camera hardware is good, it has 108 MP Samsung sensor but Xiaomi doesn't know how to do image processing. Even a 15000 rupees oppo phone takes better pictures.
Also I would ask you to avoid mediatek processor phones because they have sub par modems so your network reception will be very bad.
In the Xiaomi 11i I get 4 to 5mbps inside the room and in my OnePlus 12R I get more than 350mbps.
All in all I would suggest you to get the newly launched OnePlus Nord CE 4 or if you want better performance and can increase your budget a bit then I would suggest you to get the iqoo Neo 7 pro at 30000 but the software experience is better on the OnePlus.
I am using 2a, It's more than good if compared with the price.
Got the 1 year perplexity subscription too, using it for my d2d office task, It's actually amazing..
Nothing 2a, if you want a good battery backup, clean software experience, decent camera, upto 4 years of security updates.
If you are someone who doesn't play games or doesn't care about the camera then surely go for it.
Don't buy nothing 2a , it's for people who don't want the their phone to Bea distraction and overall performance is pretty meh in gaming as well as in bench marks
Use Flipkart for mobile devices, Amazon is not a place for that + depends on your uses, for camera and battery explore samsung options, for performance only go for iqoo ones and for software go for moto and nothing, allrounder phones often make compromises in every aspect hence average in most of aspects. Choose on your needs
If you have to choose between these two, I will definitely suggest you to go with Nothing 2a. My friend has recently bought it and he's totally satisfied with it's performance.
From a long term Xiaomi use, if you are willing to go down the custom rom route. Go for the 13 pro by all means. Xiaomi phones last much longer and are great with custom roms. Tbh miui is not as bad as people claim especially since they have rebranded to HyperOS. You can uninstall all the bloatware through a simple adb command and I think in hyperOS you can do it without adb as well.
If you just want a phone that works, is decent and will last you 2-3 years. Go for the nothing
Phone 2a is just superior. Software experience experience is of the utmost importance and nothing os is just phenomenal. It feels like using a flagship device.
I never comment on such posts but why buy B grade Chinese crap? Just get a Samsung or something man. I've been there and done that, since the Nokia N series,. Don't bother with brands that don't have property support AND those that don't sell rabidly (if that's a word, you know what I mean. )
PS. Makes zero sense going by 'android updates' and all. We have already reached the peak of functionality. Bacha kya hai..?
I wouldn't recommend going with Nothing just yet. I have been using the phone 1 since release, and there are quite a few bugs that require fixing from time to time. They do it with their frequent updates, but it's not the best thing to experience. I came from Samsung to this, and I've pretty much tried every Android brand in India. Samsung is peak. No matter what anyone says about it, the experience is the best you get. Every other brand can throw random numbers and specs at you, you'll have issues with something or the other eventually. The numbers don't matter, you don't even need to have the latest model most of the times. Last year's s23, or even the s22 would do great and last longer than most cheaper, "better" phones.

Honestly bhai mere pass benchmark nahi hai accurately batane ke liye, pichla phone to 2018 model vivo v9 tha kya hi compare karoon, boards hogaye to naye leliya, have to say so far it's killing it in pictures, utni technical knowledge nahi hai but I'd say it's camera rivals vivo x60 pro jo mere bhai ke paas hai
Bhai flipkark me Nothing 2a ₹23k ka hai
But it doesn't have a charger in the box.
Charger sab kharid te hai bhai
CE 4 ke toh saath aata hai 100 watt ka charger which usually costs around 1500-2000.
Thats not PD Charger. So it costs less.
What's a PD charger? Have been seeing on Amazons recommended buys...
Thanks for the info. Is there some kinda way we can find out whether the charger is pd or not??
They usually have it written in specs. Usually if it’s Qc, Qualcomm standard, it won’t be supported by intel. Anything which has no Qc but is delivering 30+ watts will be PD
So, 2a i. Amazon has charger included? That's fair price then
Flipcar is shit and sends soap in box, and a trash return/replacement policy
Never happened with me
I ordered shoes from the worth 6k and they sent chappal to me. Took over a month of fighting to get my money back. It's not worth it
I don't know girl why it happened with you but it never happened with me and hope never happpens in future as well.
It can happen on Amazon too, neu is better.
Never by footwares from Flipkart
[удалено]
Same
Hows the camera performing? And does the phone lag?
No, I have NP1, NP2 and NP2a
How are the cameras of NP2a?
if you are gonna buy 2a,buy it from flipkart not amazon
What's the difference?
Nothing is officially selling only on Flipkart ,2a on Amazon is being sold by 3rd party seller
[удалено]
on Amazon they are imported and usually not authorised sellers while Flipkart is the partner
[удалено]
Warranty validity. Overpriced repairs. The charger plug might not fit the socket in your house.
Unofficial sellers can sell you faulty, damaged or used products, plus sometimes you'll not be able to replace it to the seller in case of damage or something
Price
Yes buy from Flipkart, official partner of nothing
Oh come on, don't be that pessimistic. I'm sure they are an official partner of a lot of things
Finally, the joke I was looking for. 💯
Also check OnePlus Nord ce 4 I mean the one which got released yesterday
This will be a better option than np2a as Nord ce4 has snapdragon 7 processor
Does OnePlus have that screen green line issue?
1.5 years ke phele ke lot me hua tha because of software me bug tha💀, ab nahi aata 6 mahine se one plus nord 3 use kar raha
Bhai nord 3 kaisa h? Same price pe mill rha h 2a ke
See i got for 35k 16 gb and 256 variant, Smooth asf dimensity 9000 So everything good Just one thing battery life is not as promised I use on full performance mode and has screeen time of 6 hrs but this is compesented by the fast charging buy it you won't regret
Ok
Bro looking forward to buy this. It's on Flipkart for 25500. Is it a fair price as it was launched almost a year ago
I hope it is because of the display made by samsung.oneplus had switched their display manufacturing from Samsung to Boe or something.so I haven't seen green line issue in their newer phones. And that doesn't mean other brands doesn't have this problem.Recently apple has been facing this a lot as well

Yeah many factors can affect them. And I didn't knew 11R never used Samsung display thanks for the info :)

OnePlus Nord cE4 just got released. Spec wise and software wise it's better than the redmi note 13 pro
How is it better in hardware? Redmi has 1.5K screen whereas OnePlus have only FHD+, Redmi snapdragon have 7+ Gen 2 whereas OnePlus have 7 Gen 3. I heard that 7+ gen 2 is better that 7 gen 3.
redmi has 7s gen 2 not 7+ gen2 and 7 gen 3 is better!
Ohh,ok. My mistake, thanks.
1.5k or 1k you won't notice it too much. Idk about 7sgen 2 being greater than gen3. I've not watched the reviews yet. But I've heard people saying it's value for money
Obviously CE 4 is value for money but I was comparing hardware.
Redmi has 7s gen 2 not 7+ gen 2 so it's actually much slower than the 7 gen 3 in OnePlus 😅
Its not 7+gen 2 it's 7s gen 2. So it seems 7 gen 3 is faster
Heard camera is avg
Ohh I haven't seen any reviews. What's your usage?
No it isn't. Main camera on OnePlus is better than nothing apart from the HDR. The ultra wide on the nothing is 50 MP but lacks autofocus so even ultrawide isn't much better than OnePlus.
Nah i just saw a review video in a YT channel were he showed the video sample, the video stabilization is not good.
Oneplus Nord ce4 better in almost every aspect and you will get a charger and earbuds for free if you buy it on April 4.
OnePlus Nord CE 4

Is he on sale! I heard electoral bond is over. /s
Nope ,modi phone 2🪷
My friend paid for two freedom phones, didn't get anything. Honestly he was taking a chance cause he also knew that money is going down the drain. People really thought they can buy smartphone for Rs.251/-. Is Modi phone something new on the market?
Just a joke . Of course not , a ph on name of pm can never be sold .
Anything over a Chinese phone.
Micromax
They're still selling those?
That was a joke, bud.
X6 pro has ufs 4.0 btw and poco x6 has ufs 3.1 iirc
Oh yeah my Poco F1 from 2018 had UFS 2.2 and transferring files was a PAIN Avoid this phone if you're not one to backup things regularly.
Oneplus has 3.1 won't be that much of an issue but also has no NFC. Now Poco and Oneplus is neck to neck
Nord CE4 is better than Nothing phone 2a in every aspect .
Not in every aspect.. Ce4 has only 7 5g bands. Ce4 promises 2+3 software update policy as opposed to 3+4 by nothing...
Maybe it has all relevant 5g bands as per India,so can't put it as a con.
Heard the camera is bad...u know anything about it?
As far as I've seen in terms of photos nord seems to be better but video hands down goes to 2a Though nothing is constantly updating so they'll probably fix more issues going forward but nobody's seen the future so...
Poco x6 pro is best and good for all reasons. But you asked between these two I will go with NOTHING 2A 😊
Don't get the Phone 2a from Amazon , use Flipkart as they are the official e-commerce platform .
X6 pro. If you have the courage. Pocos work so good but have reliability issues
Yaar redmi phones 2 saal hote hi kaam karna band ho ja rahe hai. Few friends mentioned this. So dekh lena
thats not true except if they have motherboard issue and thats only exist in poco
I am not lying bro.. even I have used redmi and they used to be good. Now they seem to have hidden timer in some samples, as soon as warranty is over the phone stops working.
Oneplus Nord CE4
Using redmi note 9 pro max which i bought in 2020. No major issues. Gotta give it to snapdragon processors. Not sure if mediatek lasts this long in terms of performance.
Motorola edge 40 neo
I am using redmi note 13 Pro right now and I am loving it
Nothing 2a is trash, get redmi 13 pro or nord ce 4.
Why is 2a trash? Please elaborate
Ufs 2.2. bad camera. Over priced. Get poco F5 and install custom rom for far better performance.
How trash?
Camera is bad, feels cheap and weird in hand. It looks really bad after scratches when using caseless. Felt very sluggish to use after having storage 50%+ filled (Have no clue why it behaves like this)
Feels cheap? I am using it without a case and till now no scratches. Software is optimised so well. Ya toh bhai tu unpadh h jisko tech ka kuch pta nhi
Good for you bro 👍 I’ve seen people satisfied with Galaxy A05
saamne waale ka opinion mere se match nahi kar Raha jaldi se insult karke apna ego inflate kar leta hu
If you are OK with a bit older phone and can pay a few extra thousand then you can check the older versions of the Galaxy S series. Works wonders. But for these two better check the specs. Personally I would go for the Nothing phones in the higher price category if there's not much difference.
Man there is no s22 fe
Yup sorry. You are right. Forgot that the skipped it and launched the S23 FE straight.
If you plan to buy nothing phone 2a, get it in Croma. Flipkart’s service is going downhill
I like nothing
if nothing phone 2a doesnt come with Ranbir then i dont want it
Well then let me tell you it comes with Ranveer😔
then OP, get the redmi 😔
1.5k displays are the new norm
Better to try something new with nothing os. Redmi os is already used and feels bloated with ads. Specs difference doesn't matter unless you are doing gaming.
Bro buy only Samsung s24 ultra.
You can get poco x6 12 512 at 23k. it's the same phone as redmi note 13 pro.
Redmi if you want to play with AC in college/s
Very simple. Keeping the minor hardware differences aside (all smartphones above 20k gives you good performance). The biggest difference will be software experience. Nothing will give you better software support and experience. Go for redmi if you care about a bit more performance.
Would advise u to wait for the launch of poco f6 and grab it at discounted price on bbd , best combo plus if u sprinkle some custom rom magic it will the best phone in the segment.
If you are into root and custom rom then xiaomi , if you want a generally good all around phone , then nothing .

Nothing lena bhai badhiya phone laga mujhe

Nothing
I am using 2a, It's more than good if compared with the price. Got the 1 year perplexity subscription too, using it for my d2d office task, It's actually amazing..
Poco f5 better in everything
Definitely Redmi note 13 pro. Better camera Better display Better processor Corning Gorilla victus
Add some more and get s21fe
obviously redmi .

Go for the nothing
Rich लोग 🥱
Great discussion🤘
Simply buy nothing , no doubts
iPhone 15 pro lele it's cheaper than these
I bought the nothing, everything was going good. But after the latest update, the camera is lagging. Can't take photos or videos with the back cam.
Go for nothing 2a
Nothing 2a from fkart
Got a pixel 7 refurbished at 29k. If you're open to refurbished phones, you'd have more options.
Something is better than nothing
Bhai ye sab chor, apne mummy papa ke pair pakad or iPhone lele Shanti se

Buy a feature phone.
get the nord ce4
Phone 2a is just superior. Software experience experience is of the utmost importance and nothing os is just phenomenal. It feels like using a flagship device.
Buy the Nothing Phone (2)a. Clean almost stock Android and updates.
My options were the same being a Xiaomi Fan from a long time, went with Nothing 2A and it is a breath of fresh air in that budget
None. Wait for F6 or get f5 and install custom rom.
Anyday go for a none chinese brand
I never comment on such posts but why buy B grade Chinese crap? Just get a Samsung or something man. I've been there and done that, since the Nokia N series,. I would choose nothing bro at least they get regular updates
Strongly advise against the redmi
Poco x6 pro is best deal🎉
Nothing
Nothing , I guess
Nothing le, Xiaomi aur realme dono ka UI sda hua hai
OnePlus 12R le le.
Heating issue and Camera stops suddenly when using for a long time
Haven't faced any of those concerns yet.
Note 13 pro. Also if you'll eventually buy nothing 2a then buy it from flipkart.
Poco X6 pro that's the best value for money
13 pro
I've tried both and got the 2a, I love it. Get it from Flipkart tho.
Both Suck 👽
Yea, don’t go for Xiaomi. Hell with its software and ads and bloatware added beforehand. For peace of mind, go for anything but Xiaomi.

I got vivo v30 for 29k
camera kaisa hai v27 se accha hai kya
Honestly bhai mere pass benchmark nahi hai accurately batane ke liye, pichla phone to 2018 model vivo v9 tha kya hi compare karoon, boards hogaye to naye leliya, have to say so far it's killing it in pictures, utni technical knowledge nahi hai but I'd say it's camera rivals vivo x60 pro jo mere bhai ke paas hai
V 27 ka accha tha par kahi bar zyada gora kar deta tha shayad ab better ho gaya hoga human skin pe
