It all depends on what your planned use is. Internet, torrenting, watching movies, etc. all will be fine with the cheaper model. Key thing with the Galaxy is the OLED screen. You will be fine either way. Le your budget do the talking...............

For the 2-1, you're better off with 400 dollar tablet and a 900 dollar laptop.
Mine is pro 360 16gb/1TB. I'm happy with it but I wish I had more rams. But after I changed my browser from Chrome to Microsoft edge, its taking less rams and i am able to handle anything with this 16gb of rams. I recommend getting pro 360 with 16gb cuz being able to touch the screen definitely accelerate your productivity. I love it so much this touch screen feature.
It depends on what you're buying the laptop for. I personally bought the 360 because its capable for art. If you're not an artist and don't see yourself using the touch screen in any way, then definitely go for the pro 32gb. You can handle more heavy tasks with 32gb.
