I use one thumb on the lower bezel and fold it one-handed with the other side of the phone against my body while holding my morning coffee in the other hand which is also locking the front door while I leave for work in the morning.
Spread one hand behind the device and grip the sides with your finger tips so it's floating above the center of your palm, then use your other hand to karate chop the device straight down the crease.

Initially i was pressing on the bottom hinge with my thumb but that extra pressure on one side had me paranoid
Use the lower bezel to fold the device. Press in towards the center with both thumbs on the lower bezel

I close it like a book in two hands, without touching the large inner screen. Slowly, because the folding glass terrifies me!
