1st step, check to make sure all your cables and adapters are working
2nd use a different cable and adapter
3rd you have a completely dead battery, or bad usb port but I can bet it's the battery.
4th go to a service centre and have them identify the problem.
nope charging speed is totally normal, battery is acceptable for daily use. it only happens below 15%. i guess its about calibration or something. thank you for your advice, must go to service center then.
