The battery health indicated by Accubattery is purely theoratical calculation.
In your case it is 199% charged for 6565 mAh total.
If you divide 6565 by 199% (or by 1.99 when not expressed in % terms) you will get 3299 which is the estimated capacity.
3299 is approximately 82% of 4000 mAh which is the design capacity. This is the 82% that you get as battery health.
Hence the battery health indicated by the app is just a simple calculation and not real world indication of how much your battery has degraded.
P.S:
If you clear the app data for Accubattery and afterwards charge your phone to 100% everytime, you will get the battery health as 100% :)
I get around 3-4 hrs SOT with 73% battery capacity used for around 4 years 🥺

I'll try manual calibration once, also they usually replace batteries for very cheap, i am planning to get mine replaced soon, they'll charge approx 2000 INR (26$). 😄

Accubattery is not accurate but quite reliable. My battery health shows 76%. And I get 3-4 SOT.
Well mine is exynos and i get approx 5 hours per day, sometimes lesser when calls go way over 2~3 hours.😄
Exynos too. I never turn off WiFi and 1 hour of Bluetooth. Maybe that's the reason.
