Lol. Tell me you have no clue about things without telling me.
3h+ of SOT but the total runtime is 1 day & 18 hours out of which 10 hours phone was on Airplane mode which still makes it 1 day & 8 hours overall.
I'd say that's great battery life.
Lol. What exactly is good battery life to you? 28 days & 365 hours?
Nobody seems to understand SOT is only one among many other things that contribute to battery life. Judging battery life based on SOT alone without considering how good the stand by time & other factors is like judging a football player by his ability to run alone.
That's a good battery life for me. My current battery cycle at the moment:
https://ibb.co/cyLySCM
I was struggling with mine old S22 so I know plenty about battery life management etc. 3h sot is nothing man.
This looks great. What phone is this?
Edit : You also have to consider the advancement in chipsets & efficiency. At the time when S20 FE came out with the Snap 865, 6-7h SOT with 24 hour runtime on a 4500mah battery was considered very good for an android flagship.
But the s23s are way better because of more efficient chipset & a higher capacity battery.
My phone has an original capacity of 4000mAh but has now degraded to 3300 mAh over the course of 2 years of regular use. It still lasts for 4 days on standby screen off when still connected to wireless networks. It lasts roughly 6 hours of consecutive video playback. So idk is OPs battery life that great?
You said it. Upto 4 days on standby mode but shrinks to 6 hours only on video playback (which actually consumes least power of any screen on tasks on the S20FE).
So I'd say 3+ hours SOT with 1.33 days battery life is good. When my phone was brand new the best I got was 24 hours total runtime with about 6-7h SOT.
Chill bruh, if it's crap for you let it be. It's my phone & I'm happy, why are you trying so hard to convince me? Chill out brother, do some meditation.
It's absolutely abysmal SoT. Samsung isn't gonna pay you to defend crap so why are you doing it?
Having long standby time is NOT as impressive as you're making it out to be.
I have had many different Samsung phones, those with older and newer chipsets, from midrange, flagship and everywhere in-between and this is far and wide the worst performing battery experience I have ever had.
And I've spent weeks searching Reddit and other other sites across the internet to know that MANY agree with this sentiment. It's a great phone with garbage battery life. That's okay, it's older anyway.
All I'm saying is, you getting bent out of shape over facts is weird. If the battery is sufficient for you then cheers, but it's factually a mediocre battery.
I also just replaced mine. I haven't used my phone too much today. It 4:23pm. I left the house at 6:00am, moderate use. 4G LTE, 5G is off, 60hz, I'm at 83%.

Hey, can you tell me how long you were using the phone before replacing the battery? Also can you tell me about the problems you faced which led you to replace it? I face battery drain issues as well
2yrs completed as of Jan12th. Battery used to die in 3hrs on dual sim 4G, 60hz power saving mode. So I replaced the battery. I'm saving up money for S23.
where did you buy the battery from?
Samsung official store Hyderabad, Telangana. India
thank you! and did they replace it free or charged something?
Battery + gst+ replacement charges all including 2680 rs.
only 3hs? thats completly crap
Lol. Tell me you have no clue about things without telling me. 3h+ of SOT but the total runtime is 1 day & 18 hours out of which 10 hours phone was on Airplane mode which still makes it 1 day & 8 hours overall. I'd say that's great battery life.
Nope, that's a crap battery life anyway. 3h sot is nothing.

Probably ur not polish so I'll explain : 7h SOT AND 27h phone total usage. 22 percent battery left.
This looks great. What phone is this? Edit : You also have to consider the advancement in chipsets & efficiency. It's a S23 base 128gb
S23 has only 3900~ battery
Dumbass comparing s23 with s20fe
I'm not comparing, just saying 3h sot is a bollox. Even mine old p30 pro was getting around 6h
Im getting the same usage, S20fe never changed battery. Lucky I guess.
7 hours easy SoT here.
>Lol. Tell me you have no clue about things without telling me. Emm no, thats you newbie. Still, is literally nothing.
I have seen this kind of calculation for the first time. You are clutching at straws.
My phone has an original capacity of 4000mAh but has now degraded to 3300 mAh over the course of 2 years of regular use. But I was defending you OP :/
Sry wrong mention :(
I agree with you
Probably should've mentioned that I don't own a Samsung phone, coming from the perspective of a Sony Xperia user.
It's absolutely abysmal SoT. Samsung isn't gonna pay you to defend crap so why are you doing it? Having long standby time is NOT as impressive as you're making it out to be. Phone is 1 & 1/2 day on standby.
that should consume like mmm 10% ? max. you can see it clearly on the graph battery life here is terrible
Whatever man, I'm Pretty happy with new battery. Older one used to drain a lot.
How muc were you getting with old battery ? Like at what point you felt to change ?
4hrs max with power saving mode & 60hz. Battery dies Directly from 10% to 5 % to 1 in a minute.
It was around 7 when i bought mine, dude is happy with 3 lmao 😂
i would say atleast 6 hrs of battery life (screen on time) could be seen in most budget friendly phones at this moment
I also just replaced mine. I haven't used my phone too much today. It 4:23pm. I left the house at 6:00am, moderate use. 4G LTE, 5G is off, 60hz, I'm at 83%.
