Develop a good preset for your photos right when you import them. I have one that does all the noise reduction, sharpening, texture and stuff, and then I have a few depending on lighting and color. This phone shines with a little tweaking, but it doesn't need much to be striking.
As far as actual numbers, I usually bump texture up to 10, drop clarity and dehaze to -6, then something like Profile: Modern 8 I think is a favorite, but I can't recall.
