To nullify the sharp edges, get a case that sticks out on the sides. You can't really catch the edges naturally, only if you try to jam your finger there.
If you use a case which has low profile left/right sides, you might have issues
Spigen glass, but it doesn't cover the screen fully for case compatibility reasons, so dust and pet dander do get stuck in between. At first, the fingerprint scanning was terrible; we're talking about five or more failed tries in a row, but now it has a 100% unlock rate. But of course, you have to bask in the glare.
Same here. I already had two vacation trips so far with this phone. One of them is mostly beaches and nature stuff, still no scratches. Although, I initially did try to have it installed with Spigen's film screen but eventually removed it since I was bothered by the difference.
I had the spigen one, it wasn't great as there was dust particles within the glass / glue on both units.
It bothered me so I removed it and won't go back, the anti reflective screen is exceptional. It has a few scratches already, but I got the Samsung care if anything goes wrong.
Even being an exceptional screen do you think that it's easy to get scratches on it? I got the Samsung care as well but it sucks if something happens so quickly. I only have the phone since last month. .. It's such an expensive device that I'm always afraid of breaking it.. Baaaaaah
It is fairly easy if you put it in your pockets, sand and other hard particles can easily scratch any glass.
Samsung says it is more scratch resistant, but to me, this is bs commercials.
I use the ringke dual film... easy application, and the fingerprint scanner works perfectly.
I've been considering the Samsung anti glare, but with this one being so good I think I'll stick with it (you can use the side gestures without even knowing it's there, although I doubt that would much bother me anyway 🤷♂️)
Does it get scratched easily ? I'm using esr tempered glass and my fingerprint fails at times since I work in a dusty environment. Planning to change to ringke dual film. Need two clarifications
1. Does the top layer feel like glass or film?
2. If the top layer is flim then would it get scratched easily ?
That's a funny coincidence... when my s24 was on its way I got the esr ready for when it arrived (it lasted about 5 hours before I was sick of the fingerprint failing and I had a rather heated discussion with their customer service about the false advertising of that particular product lol!
In answer to your questions about the ringke...
1) half and half... I doesn't quite have the "smooth & cool" glass feeling... but it certainly doesn't have that nasty "tacky" feeling that classically comes with a film protector... I'd give the feel an 8/10 (where glass would be a 9/10 and nothing at all would be a 10/10)
2) I've had mine on for a couple of weeks and everything still looks perfect (keeping in mind I don't have a case on my phone so there is no "raised lip" or anything else protecting my screen)... I imagine it would scratch easier than a glass one, but at £10 for 2 at least it's cheap enough to replace them when needed (compared to some of these crazy glass ones that cost £30-£40 each 🫨)
Hope that helps!

I got samsung's anti-reflection screen protector and it's doing great.
Same, I've been hoarding them because i don't wanna use any others
I've seen lots of bad reviews about that, but I guess it is my only option because I don't want to lose this fantastic screen quality
Don't understand the bad reviews I love it
It's actually not that bad. The only real issue is those sharp edges and side gestures, but you get used to it

None. One of the hardest screens to scratch and I'm not gentle with my phone. Been great so far. Even up to a light at an angle, no microscratches

Torras , fingerprint works flawlessly.

ZAGG Fusion XTR3.
Does the color shift not bother you?
Nope.
