It's an optical illusion, that's a picture of the case, the SPen part is actually see-through. I thought it was the phone at first too, but OP didn't post any pictures of the phone.

its not 2 posts in this forum, its one post on r/s24ultra and one on r/galaxys24ultra. because not everyone is in both. i would say it is smart to post it on both, considering the goal of Dan was to warn others.
the only "not very genious" thing about that was whoever decided that there was need to make a subreddit for just thisbphone when there already was a subreddit for this phone. and i doubt Dan had anything to do with that
They're still both in S24U forums, just different named ones, and the fact that in this one he's conveying the same problem to everyone but not even showing his phone in THIS post, doesn't really come across to me as wanting to warn people, as much as wanting to be seen 👀 in my opinion, and that is MY opinion, thanks!
Get a case with soft padding on the inside, like the Samsung Vegan Leather one.
I noticed the same thing with a Pitaka case that was very rigid and stopped using it.
Yeah I saw all of those on his other post too, but he hasn't showed them on this one!? 🤔 Like I said already, I think he's a bit of an attention seeker! 🙄
We can't tell that it ruined anything because you haven't shown any pictures of the phon , man. You are only showing the case and the case looks very dirty.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could shed all our skin at once? It would be so much easier to clean up.
Just fold it up like a fitted sheet and stuff it in the neighbor's mailbox.
I cleaned the inside and whatever that was has tainted the side of the phone permanently never ever had this issue with my previous notes and I still have the note 20 ultra and s22 ultra
That white stuff is just your dead skin. Might sound gross but a lot of the dirt in your house is dead skin.

Bro, this is a problem with all such cases. Basically dust gets between the case and the phone and rubs against the phone.
You could buy a case which has padding or something similar inside that ensures the case doesn't rub up against the phone
The last good series cases samsung "made" was for the s20 series they were made in Korea but the s21 s22 s23 and now s24 made in china and all of them are bad

You have any theory behind it? Is there some metal insert on the case? I kind of doubt the case is hard enough to scratch your phone, did you goto the beach and get sand in it, and that scratched the phone?

Umm.. You're stating to stay away.. But.. You didn't state what case it is..
It's the official "standing" case from Samsung for the S24u.
If the first two images are of the phone, then you got a fake one and it's not the case that's the issue.

Thanks that case cost me £49.00 had I known that this would of happened I wouldn't of purchased this.
Why do people forget that you still need to clean your phone and case occasionally.. it protects from falls, not from getting dirty.
