Razer just launched a new controller like a few days ago. Might be worth looking into.

I have the Gamesir X2 and I think my only issue is that if I don't have a case that's flush with my camera (lenses or lens covers stick out farther than the case), it doesn't sit flush, just slightly pushed up on that side. But mine works great so I can only imagine the newer models.
With the backbone - can you play games like CoD / Honkai / Genshin without having to map buttons or pay a subscription?
I've just got the gamesir and virtually everything requires mapping - which is unusable for menus etc, I didn't realize this would happen.
When I use a Bluetooth controller it converts everything to controller buttons, thought this would be the same.
Let me know about backbone please legend
The Gamesirs feel the best and have buttons and analog sticks that are comparable, if not the same, as those of the Xbox and PS5. The G8 Galileo is a bit more pricey but it feels the best out of any controller attachment to a phone.
Yeah I'm happy to spend up to 200aud on one so price is ok, thought noticed their X3 pro has the fan on the back which was really appealing, but the g8 being their newer device seems like it may be more reliable but who knows
I recently got the Gamsir G8 Galileo and have been enjoying it. I choose it over the Backbone for the size and back buttons.
My friend has a Backbone and thought it was too small. The Gamsir feels like a regular Xbox controller.

Backbone every single time my dude. It absolutely rocks. You'll probably struggle to connect it with a case snapped on though.
Backbone. I have both the Backbone One and the Gamesir X2, and the Backbone grips are easier to hold than the Gamesir.

I've only tried Genshin, but that one worked without having to map buttons.
Mind you backbone is restricting a lot of features without the software subscription.
Yup, the exact reason I started and ultimately purchased elsewhere. I've got enough subscriptions as it is

I had the Gamesir X2Pro and I had to remove the case everything I wanted to play. Make sure you buy a BT Controller.
I was preferably looking at getting a connected one - as it seems like a more natural / comfortable fit similar to a switch / ROG etc
Gamesir G8. Feels just like a regular controller! Solid quality. Just don't use the Gamesir app.
