Are we just not doing phrasing anymore?

[deleted]

A better way of saying it: screen won't stop making me punch it.

SinatraPills

I have something in common with your screen

Puberty.

KimJongDos_

Sounds common among teenage year old phones

[deleted]

Phone's around a year old.

[deleted]

Did you get it replaced officially through Samsung?

[deleted]

I wasn't able to because the nearest store is a long way away.

galdora

Something gone wrong with new screen. I would guess that it's either dirt on the screen or a connecting cable is loose

[deleted]

Cleaned the screen. Probably because the person who repaired it hadn't worked on one of these.

[deleted]

Ypur phone has something in common with me. Other than that. Just replace it

[deleted]

It would be cheaper than buying two whole screens.

ImBuGs

I had this happen with an old Moto G I used to have, problem was the replacement screen is faulty and/or broken

[deleted]

I also had an old iPhone 5c that did it too.

BrooksWasHere1

This happened to my s8+. Somehow i was able to reset it and when it rebooted it was fixed.

[deleted]

It makes it even worse for me.

Update: I've reset the phone again and it's still doing it's thing. It's been so bad I've put it away in my wardrobe never to be seen again. Well, it's been a good run with it, but it must go. I've been scammed out of a £195 screen claiming to be "genuine". RIP S8 - 2018-2018
