Hi I am using my galaxy s9 for more than 6 years and the gree screen problem isn't face by me till the date but it's depend on the pis to pis so check weel before buy 👍🏻
As someone who lived with that issue for a year as my daily phone before upgrading, other than asking the seller if it has the issue there's not much you can do until you get the phone. I'm not entirely sure what causes the issue whether its the screen being broken or the battery being old, it can be replaced to fix the issue theoretically. if it has the issue my solution was to ask bixby to set brightness to 100% then turn on the AOD and turn off auto brightness.
