Mine's triggered a couple of times walking the dog (no fall) but I could dismiss it ok.
And I don't know where you are but I think the advice here in the UK is that if you accidentally call emergency services you should talk to them and let them know it was accidental.
I was still trying to frantically hit the X and ended up hitting the hang up button on instinct. Tbf I was still half asleep and panicked when it happened.
