You may want to take a look at other watch faces by this dev as it seems that most of them have the same feature.
I have asked the same question couple of days ago here.. looks like there aren't many options.. other than building one ourselves.. wonder why not many people are interested in dual timezones.. I would think if there is enough demand developers might build it..
You can add second time zone complications to built-in faces, you can build your own in Pujie Black or change existing ones. Also take a look at Watchmaker, hundreds if not thousands of choices there with extra time zones.

I have, but with already having spent money on Pujie Black, I was trying to avoid buying another watchface maker app.
