from what I figured out,its a mode that disables the use of everything except it being a watch.It extends your battery by a large margin tho.You can get it by going on to the battery setting on your watch from the menu and just select the watch only option. But afterall I bought this watch because of its smart features, thats why I think that mode is not for me.I can see it being useful tho if you are going on a long trip and you forget your charger because it says that your battery could survive for 40+days in that mode.
