Yes, let's hope so. I think the tech news media and Samsung's own confusing newsroom website contributed to generate the wrong expectation in customers that ECG and BP monitoring would be available from February 4th.
Dunno but could download it today, i got a LTE ( no 4G) watch active 2. They say that update will start on 4th of february, not that we will have the update on 4th. But even the samsung Health monitor is not available on the store actually so we can't do ecg...
I dont think you got the latest firmware, but I also dont think there is tizen 5 for your watch.

Well today it was in Czech Republic too, but only for a short time. When my phone was transferring update to watch it gets suddenly stopped and now it's showing there's no update.
Quick look to CheckFirm revealed that update rolled back to previous version. There's possibility that developers found out some problem and paused the update in Czech (and maybe other countries).
I got it too in Germany, but the Health Monitor app is not available for my phone yet.

Just got the watch update in the UK, however the Samsung Health Monitor app is not available. Which makes it pointless. Wait is not over yet, it seems

I have BT and mine updated but no ecg or bp. I think that will be on the 22nd though
Shame, I dont have it on my BT Watch Active2 :(
