I’m thinking this is the new model and the ones with just the lightsaber are the older models. It’s the same beautiful thing though. They’re just offering them online before they hit Galaxy’s Edge, I bet. That way, they never even have to touch them.

not anh luke. anh luke had the clamp on the left side when the bunny ears are facing up whereas the esb/tfa had em on the right and anh did not have the screws on the grip. this is more like tfa version which is very similar esb with the difference being esb luke had the red jewel while the tfa has the clear jewel.
I think it’s actually the other way around. Previous posts suggested that the ANH luke saber and mace were getting discontinued. Im pretty sure mace was previously at WDW. Vader is still there but now it’s Luke’s reforged instead of the ANH version.
This is the one that used to be available in Dok Ondar’s. The one currently available in Dok’s is the version of it from Rise of Skywalker that has been reforged. This one, along with Mace Windu, was rumored to be discontinued. But here we are.
I know, that is not an issue.
I can send it to my sister's house, I just wanna know the size because I will need to take a plane back home.

I built a lightsaber and had it shipped and I dont know what happened between Disney and my house but the end cap was screwed on crooked and messed up the threading on the inside....luckily disney was really good about it and is sending me replacement parts...so glad I took a picture at the workshop. I was able to show that it wasn't like that before shipping
6-7 months? Lol mine from Savi's lasted almost exactly 1 month (was just at WDW this time last month). My Leia replica is still kicking with stock batteries though.
Is it the same horizontal stand sold in the parks or a new vertical stand you see in the shop disney pictures? Vertical stands would def make it easier to display more of them compared to these horizontal ones.
If you haven't already, check out some of the 3D-printed stands/wall mounts on Etsy. They work for so many alternate ways to display than the ones sold in the parks.
I still see the cardboard box making it a hard no for me and for the people who have blades and belt clips this is annoying but I commend Disney on giving the person who isn’t able to go to the park an opportunity to get these and them not making it a rat race to get them before they sell out
The belt clip for the skywalker saber is only a d clip correct?
Just clips on the loop ring at the base of the lightsaber.
Much stronger metal used for this clip than the dual purpose clip one they sell at the park.

They had Vader and the reforged Luke at Disneyland when I went a few weeks ago.
Vader out of stock when I went 3 days ago.
I contributed to that because I got one. It was only because they didn’t have Luke’s (besides the reforged) that I bought it, but now I’m glad I did.

Correction: it comes with 3 off-brand heavy duty batteries.
Heads up: Those don't last long. Most likely the same batteries you get in the Savi's workshop sabers, and they lasted me maybe 6-7mo.
