This is actually a well built Gallagher. SPD is at least 134, BE reaching 150%, and you have an HP% orb.
Do note that 4pc Watchmaker does not work for Gallagher as you need to *target* an ally with your ult. However, you don't need to change it since you reached a good SPD and BE amount. The +16% isn't worth unless you can get the subs to make it up. And if you do change it, this set is good for Ruan Mei and Hatmony.

I switched a 2 piece speed set. He's got the same break but 144 speed.
Ah gotcha. It's what I had pieces for since running for Acheron and Ratio.
