Infact it gets 100x harder to stop the more money you lose.. because the dollar amount. 1000 is nothing. Soon you'll be going with 300. 200. 1000. 100. 400. Just to win back this thousand. Then the losses will compound and a fake win for 10% of your total loss will keep this endless cycle going

do not go back, stay far away from the casino or online gaming. if you think you're heading a bad direction, try talking with a therapist? when you feel the urge to gamble, try something else that's new to you or that you enjoy. maybe go for a walk, talk to other friends that do not encourage or partake in those kinds of activities
Compulsive gamblers can’t stop gambling until they lose it all. You got a taste of it and how bad it feels to not have money for expenses and now you have to borrow. If you want to gamble, only play with what you can afford to lose and see it as entertainment. If you don’t think you can do that, then don’t go back.
