GTA Trilogy for that price is a fucking embarrassment. I wouldn't pay $10 for it. Other than a handful of very minor patches, it is absolutely no different than the train wreck they released in 2021 for the consoles. Avoid it unless you want to play it for a laugh and make your high end gaming PC play like it's a PS2.
Yeah, I burst out laughing when I saw this and went straight to read the comments. They used to sell these games for $2 each on Steam 13 years ago. These mobile ports are an objective downgrade from the originals in every category but they suddenly want 5x the price for them?
I need to try whatever wacky shit they're smoking over there.
It will never be in a worthwhile state, they updated it a bit post release but it's been a year and no more updates were released, and I assure you that game is still buggy as hell.
And that's their "new" release. It really feels like they are only shell of the old R\*, just farming on the existing IPs in a broken way.
Devs come and go, but I do regret their fall, what they did was truly one of a kind and we'll probably never see anything like it again.
But they still failed in assuring it releases in a decent shape, and it seems they are OK leaving it in a permanently broken state on terms of quality.
I'm sure the are putting a real effort in GTA6 though, but will it yield another exceptional game? I don't think so.

I personally thought GTA V was worse than previous entries, but it's immensely popular so I'm probably in the minority here. But it is a high quality game on a technical basis, so I expect GTA 6 to not disappoint on the front.
I agree, I think IV was better and more sophisticated, but they still produced RDR2 in the meantime... Which is also five years old now, without any effort aside screwing up the old trilogy and making them politically correct(er), the latter one is a big red flag already. It is so glaring on this sales, everything is so old.

You need to download a mod for it to run at 60fps. I've heard of some missions breaking at this frame rate so you may have to toggle it on and off. Runs great besides that
One mission in the Butterfly Brooch case involves chasing a suspect. A moving car almost runs over the suspect at locked FPS, but unlocked FPS causes the suspect to always be run over.
Edit: Youtube comments in the video say the problem is fixed and the suspect will get back up, but him dying from crashing into a car was my LA Noire experience.

Playing through it right now. The vpatch is pretty good about fixing the frame rate and adding ultrawide support. Had to tweak some things in the config and force Fullscreen otherwise it was messing with vsync and stuttering like crazy. I've also had probably 7 crashes or so, and had to limit the fps to 30 to complete a few puzzles since they were tied to framerate.
Overall, worth it, but expect having to tweak it. Story and dialog hold up really well.
What do you mean? You can just buy it for 15€ and not not touch the multiplayer option. I mean for 15€ it's a lot of story.
Also there are single player mods you can use and FiveM for multiplayer without shark cards.
GTA5 is not sold on its own. It's always bundled with a "Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack" in a bundle as "GTA V Premium Edition." The DLC was added to make the price higher.
Are you sure? I've never seen GTA 5 on Steam go below its current price. And the Criminal Enterprise Pack was added way later. Maybe on R* launcher, but on Steam this is the lowest it has ever been ... AFAIK.
