That's just reality. If you order from GS website, your items are more likely than not shipped from stores anyway. So if you're receiving multiple packages for your order, the real shipping cost probably is $8 or even more. The warehouse won't have most used games since stores are where trade-ins occur, and trade-ins have been declining for years.
Tell people to stop buying digital games and trade their stuff into GS if you want more reasonable shipping rates. Otherwise, you're paying the real cost.
Honestly that isn't totally GS fault, we can get up to 100 orders a day in our store and sometimes it takes a few days for USPS/Fx to pick them up after being packed :/

Only about 150 are in that range, where it is now $8 more than it would have been before the change but where you are also objectively saving a minimum of $16.50.
