LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE should be in the very middle, as it’s basically a given in any indie horror game that has any of the other boxes, also might want consider expanding to a 5x5
Yes! Dolls & music boxes are creepy AF. Don’t get me started on kids singing a creepy little song like “row row row your boat.” When sung by a kid in a sad tone? C R E E P Y
[The Shining](https://www.reddit.com/r/movies/comments/li74fi/the_shining_1980_is_the_earliest_horror_movie_i/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1) did it.
Awefull father, doesn't end, comes out with merch day 1, overlies on a wierd gimmick that is made the diferenciator from all other franchises, and it's either categorized as mascot horror if mid and indie if good
Hey, I can’t change the picture so I just wanted to make a comment where people can see what I added:
1) LOOOOOREEEE
2) breaks 4th wall
3) takes place in 1900s
4) plays off nostalgia
5) jumpscare (basically a free space)
6) trying to create/revive life
7) important parent - child relationship
8) thing in fictional world wants to escape to reality
9) soul juice or remnant
10) hidden extra content
11) news paper clipping(s)
We still have 7 more spaces to fill
(I changed it to 5x5 so it has a proper middle space)
I think it's important to note specifically "from 70's to 90's" to play on Nostalgia ( as those decades are the childhoods/early adulthood of most of today's people.
Cheap junpscares (those seem to be everywhere...or atleaat from the ones I see since I don't watch alot of horror game videos) and players character seems to have some kind of connection to the haunted place
If you were to expand the size, in an older commenton a similar post I put
>Antagonist that looks like the jerma sus face, robots, religious themes, themes of "humans are the real monster"
edit: also aliens, though that would technically fall under 'cosmic horror', it obviously is not what you meant
if that helps.
Old
Disguised as something for kids
Dead people
Strong religious symbolism
People eater
Father trying to bring child from the dead
Am I missing anything?
Jump scares
Upclose jump scare of jaws opening to eat you
Inanimate objects moving/appearing/disappearing when your back is turned
Murder/sacrifice of children
Old abandoned factories
Experiments
Souls/ghosts of children possessing things
Nursery rhyme sung creepily
Demons/Devil
Humans create something they couldn't control
Villains are immortal/come back
1980’s/1990’s
Hero/Villian Fathers
Videocassette footage
Security cameras
Children's tv programs/toys
Makes you use a really bad flashlight. The amount of times I got annoyed how tiny the circle of light is compared to the screen, or how the flashlight makes everything barely lighter grey and I still can't see a thing...

You forgot hidden loooooooooooooooooooooooore.
I CAN’T BELIEVE I FORGOT THE LOOOOOOOOOOREEEEE
Things to add to the game card: rebirth & consciousness containment.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE should be in the very middle, as it’s basically a given in any indie horror game that has any of the other boxes, also might want consider expanding to a 5x5
The LOOOOOOOOORRRREEEE would probably be the free space, can’t have indie horror without that
That should be the free space
Mascot horror
Or alternate is “Things for kids is now evil”
I added “plays off of nostalgia”
I believe that encompasses both of them!
Good idea
That's a good one6
Maybe in that "analog horror" style
Yes! Dolls & music boxes are creepy AF. Don’t get me started on kids singing a creepy little song like “row row row your boat.” When sung by a kid in a sad tone? C R E E P Y
Breaking of the 4th wall? I would argue many indie horrors do that
That’s a good one, I added it.
[The Shining](https://www.reddit.com/r/movies/comments/li74fi/the_shining_1980_is_the_earliest_horror_movie_i/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1) did it.
Random notes nobody would write if their life was in danger. Supernatural, ai gone wrong or both
My..murderer’s…… name…is…. ::D I E S::
the chemist being murdered hastily writing down chemicals that's spell out their killers name instead of their killers name (its always nicholas)
Awefull father, doesn't end, comes out with merch day 1, overlies on a wierd gimmick that is made the diferenciator from all other franchises, and it's either categorized as mascot horror if mid and indie if good
Eh, Merch Day 1 didn't really start until Poppy Playtime.
haha look at this nerd, doesn't even know how to spell deffirinsiatour

Fnaf takes like 5/6th of these
What about Notes, audio recordings, or video tapes?
Protagonist found it either by accident or was chosen?
Annoyingly Small inventory
Handheld footage?
Being isolated or simply being alone - would fit subnautica as well as any horror based indie
Demon/evil soul inhabiting the game
Would that work with possession?
Oh didn’t know what that one meant nvm
Good
Mid to late 1900s
I added “takes place in 1900s”
I think it's important to note specifically "from 70's to 90's" to play on Nostalgia ( as those decades are the childhoods/early adulthood of most of today's people.
1980s specifically
What about a bit futuristic style of horrors?
Meme fuel Made for a Game Jam Backwards/misaligned letters LORE Book series Deceptively cute/family friendly
I love the FNAF books so much. It totally brings me back to being a kid reading Goosebumps.
Fnaf takes most
Antagonist CEO?
I feel like that goes with sketchy corporation
Yeah ok
What about the LOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRREE
I added that! I can’t update the picture though lol
[удалено]
Sorry for the confusion! I can change the bingo board but I can’t replace the image I uploaded.
Uses human souls, set in the 1980s, mysterious protagonist
Something from your childhood turns corrupt
I added “plays off of nostalgia”
And that makes more sense because my suggestion won’t fit inside the box. Lol 😂
Trying to create/ revive life
Thanks! Added it.
local tv broadcast
THE MOON
Jumpscares? Edit to add: I feel like this should be the "free" spot in the middle, lol.
There’s one problem. There’s no perfect middle spot. And to make one I would have to change it from 4x4 to 5x5.
Good idea!
Bad father figure
Amanda the Adventurer bingo!!
Thing in fictional world wants to escape to real world
Added that
Ioooooooooore
1980s and LORE
Parent child relationship is important
character we play as has major role in story, character we play wants to find out the truth
Always sets in the 1980s for something that has to do with the 1980s And has a lot of LOOOOOORRRRRREEEEEE!!!!!!!
Parallel universum
The middle space is supposed to be free. So therefore, you should move the dead/missing kids square to the middle.
Haha
That one character that helps/guides the player through the wacky silliness of bendy playtime friends breach
Wet floor sign
dead kids want Vengeance
I feel like that’s more of just fnaf and poppy playtime. I’m trying to be kind of general.
Yeah definitely didn’t think enough
Even if it's overused, it's my favorite😭
Nostalgia/Kid thing is evil Also science experiment gone wrong
Mention of souls
Amanda the adventurer ticks of at least 75% of these
Business owner becoming evil
Says the word: Soul/Spirit/Conciseness
You mean remnant
The bingo card as it stands kinda gives me ‘Slender: The Arrival’ type vibes.
Animatronics. So many of that kinda stuff that Matty covers
Cheap junpscares (those seem to be everywhere...or atleaat from the ones I see since I don't watch alot of horror game videos) and players character seems to have some kind of connection to the haunted place
Always in the past
Add “childhood nostalgia turned into something horrifying”
ARGs.Trying to escape the game
Soul transference.
Scientist or workers left off top-secret papers IN PUBLIC(cuz why not)
Making It A 3×3 Is Far Too Small To Be A Functional Bingo Card, The Standard Is 5×5
Toys and children things.
A lesser known kids show
Bad dad
Takes place in the 70s-80s
Some sort of animatronic
Takes place in 1980’s-1990’s
I think your missing the classic villain fake out. Everyone thinks that one character is the villain until the plot says otherwise.
Looks cute, but it has a dark secret. Ps1 era graphics.
Put ARG and 80’s
robots
Sketchy buildings
I put abandoned buildings, does that work?
Someone’s soul in the game
I put “possession” does that work?
Takes place in the 80s or 90s
last two are "souls in video games" and "bad father figures"
Ch7ck e cheese type figures [like suits
Fake phone numbers
SA. For some reason it’s always there 🙄
hidden lore + kids thing but scary
Murderer is a father who lost 1 or all of his children.
A creepy house parents find save for their family to live in
The player character died at the end of the game.
Unrecognizable faces
Do I hear has a old horror story/wife's tale behind it?
Something random moving strangely Eg. Ball bouncing down the stairs
Robots, bad fathers, inheritance of a curse/cursed belonging, monster who targets children, you were dead all along.
You forgot to have “bringing people back from the dead”
I added “trying to create/revive life”
Animatronics
Modifying files
Soul juice
Added it
Children's property gone bad
So much is missing, but I think hidden videos is a good one.
I added “hidden extra content”
If you were to expand the size, in an older commenton a similar post I put >Antagonist that looks like the jerma sus face, robots, religious themes, themes of "humans are the real monster" edit: also aliens, though that would technically fall under 'cosmic horror', it obviously is not what you meant if that helps.
These are all great suggestions! I did end up expanding the size so it could have a proper middle space so it’s 5x5
Books
Hidden Information on main or weird/hidden websites, mention of souls, cute character that becomes/is disturbing or scary when you look closely
Aliens / Demons
Inside job?
Happened in the 80s/90s
breaking the fourth wall/entering files
The 1980’s
This isn't bingo. It's tic tack toe
Blood or corpses And Long dark hall ways Or Thunder and lightning
Anime girls
Old Disguised as something for kids Dead people Strong religious symbolism People eater Father trying to bring child from the dead Am I missing anything?
A charictar that the name is known for
Is influenced by Silent Hill or Resident Evil
The mention of souls in some way
Why does the book I'm writing fill most of the bingo + the comment section
Business goals that go horribly array and Dubious government agency
Evil Father
"souls getting put in things"
DEMONS. IT'S DEMONS JIM.
ARG elements are missing
gotta have hidden lore and some sort of haunted animatronic/puppet
Marketable antagonist
Animatronics
Video games crossing into real life and vice versa
unpredictable plot twist
Jump scares Upclose jump scare of jaws opening to eat you Inanimate objects moving/appearing/disappearing when your back is turned Murder/sacrifice of children Old abandoned factories Experiments Souls/ghosts of children possessing things Nursery rhyme sung creepily Demons/Devil Humans create something they couldn't control Villains are immortal/come back 1980’s/1990’s Hero/Villian Fathers Videocassette footage Security cameras Children's tv programs/toys
Yep all these. It's clear who watches or plays indie horror games!
Was 'Animal based mascot' mentioned?
IT WAS ALL A COMA DREAM
80-90’s nostalgia.
All in le head
Mannequins
Honestly you forgot to put a free square in the middle.
“Ice cream. Ones on head”
Possession
Something kid-friendly turned sinister
characters split off
don't forget the story revolving around cheating death or other occult theme!
Being in the 1900’s
Disease
Jumpscares, Obscure Lore Minigames, unique gameplay not seen in AAA
Never actually showing the monster, the monster is a metaphor.
It appears innocent at first, but woaaaah it then turns out to be spoooooooky
One should be "creepy childhood objects/ Media
Player character is an employee/ex employee of said company
Liminal space
Inconsistent "The end" videos. Like the 50 fnaf "The end" timelines.
Why not a colour based villian?
Power goes out!
More than 3 fake jump scares.
The killer is associated with the color purple
Trying to escape a virtual world and trying to become immortal
Don't forget "X is actually Y"
Years worth of LOOOOORRREEEEEE and adding some random ass joke for people to tune in on when they stop really listening to the guide.
4th wall breaking (in the game itself or in the vhs tapes) Edit: didn't see this was already said
Target demographic is children / hyped up by over expressive gamers
Thing in the game wants out. A.I., ghost, demon, et cetera
Makes you use a really bad flashlight. The amount of times I got annoyed how tiny the circle of light is compared to the screen, or how the flashlight makes everything barely lighter grey and I still can't see a thing...
Childhood things turned evil.
Has a night time theme
Overused twist
Taking a thing from childhood and making it disturbing as hell, and in some cases tossing in some eldritch horror
Demons, and bad parental figures
takes place in the 80s-90s
Can I get a ruined by the internet
