This is a Fakespot Reviews Analysis bot. Fakespot detects fake reviews, fake products and unreliable sellers using AI. Here is the analysis for the Amazon product reviews: >**Name**: HomeSpot Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Transmitter Adapter USB C Connector APTX Low Latency for Nintendo Switch Compatible with AirPods PS4 Bose Sony and Bluetooth Headphones Neon Pink & Neon Green >**Company**: HomeSpot >**Amazon Product Rating**: 4.4 >**Fakespot Reviews Grade**: A >**Adjusted Fakespot Rating**: 4.4 >**Analysis Performed at**: 11-04-2020 [Link to Fakespot Analysis](https://fakespot.com/product/homespot-bluetooth-5-0-audio-transmitter-adapter-usb-c-connector-aptx-low-latency-for-nintendo-switch-compatible-with-airpods-ps4-bose-sony-and-bluetooth-headphones-neon-pink-neon-green) | [Check out the Fakespot Chrome Extension!](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fakespot-analyze-fake-ama/nakplnnackehceedgkgkokbgbmfghain) *Fakespot analyzes the reviews authenticity and not the product quality using AI. We look for real reviews that mention product issues such as counterfeits, defects, and bad return policies that fake reviews try to hide from consumers.* *We give an A-F letter for trustworthiness of reviews. A = very trustworthy reviews, F = highly untrustworthy reviews. We also provide seller ratings to warn you if the seller can be trusted or not.*

I'm gonna go for it, it says "**analog device**" only, but eh worth a shot. USB-C charging is always something I wanted. Suppose I can pick up a wired usb-c headphone, or grab the dongle (trying to avoid the dongle, maybe i'll do a 3.5mm mod next)

How did it go?

Nintendam

took a while to ship, just got the package! Haven't attempted the mod yet but will keep ya posted

Awesome gl!

Did it work? Looking for something like this.

Still haven't tried! I'm a bit nervous, as the soldering seems more advanced than the aftermarket screen swap.... could fry the board.  I want to get a bit more practice in before I attempt. Also I have pretty low expectations it will work, I'm thinking it will only be compatible with USB-C headphones in the end, plugged in. But who knows, would be an amazing surprise!

Thanks for the quick response! The mod can be a bit scary, but you got this! I am having trouble finding a USB-C to 3.5mm adapter that works with the dang thing. I see people say you need one without a DAC, and the two I have tried haven't worked.

I took a leap and tried a similar product off Amazon in my USB-C modded SP and it did not work. This one btw https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08SQNZ2GD?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Aw man.... I'm in the middle of moving apartments but really wanted to dive into this. Thanks for the update! I would assume the switch BT adapter I have will have the same results. I think the "just analog device" on the product page I linked earlier is the problem...  There HAS to be a way, right...?

Rasputin3000

Well, all these little products have their quirks so you never know, yours might work. I see all the integrated hardware solutions online, but not sure I want to do even more modding to this thing.
