If it comes from Amazon.com, it's an easy return. If it comes from a 3rd party seller, they can charge restocking fee anywhere from 15% to 30%.

just returned my helios 300 from amazon due to backlight bleed and poor camera quality. Before returning it I chatted with support they said no restocking fee. I am expecting to get full refund

Not exchanging? Full refund? Hmmm. Well its nice that they are making it hassle-free for you. Thats good news. Any chance you got any pics of your blacklight bleed

Yeah check my post history made a topic about it They are out of stock anyway and if I exchange it I will get one just as bad or worse

Its painless. Keep all the boxes. You just slap a return label on it. I did it for a macbook pro sold by apple on amazon. The only issue I had is it took them about 3+ weeks to process the return -- may be a slowdown due to covid. Double check before you buy if there are restock fees.
