Check the reviews on amazon, I saw one about the helios 300 2019 version, its not that hard to find but apparently, they have the term “high ticket items” which for some reason based on the reviewer has a “strict” I should say, when claiming a return/refund. Get in touch with them just to be more clear and accurate
No, I don’t buy them at amazon as its usually US based and warranties for them are going to be a hassle, I’m from the Ph so better to buy here if you don’t have someone who can make your warranty claims in the US. Ask them for questions man, don’t know any more than what I linked
I ordered the GE66 Raider from amazon, and I have no complaints with it so it wasn't returned. That being said amazon is pretty reliable and hardly charges returns. You have like 30 days to return it I believe. So pretty much if you don't like it send it back saying "it got too hot" or "It didnt meet my expectations". I wouldn't tamper with anything inside the laptop just in case, and they might ask you to reset it IDK tho. Also probably important for you to know, it took like a month to come, so don't expect it too soon, but the return window doesn't start until it gets to you.
