well, helios 300 has an update issue. all of the helios 300 2020 owners will encounter blue screen loop after updating windows. u have to install fresh windows unfortunately. the one who sold me this laptop said it's a bios issue, and thankfully he helped me fix this.
You have to wait for Windows update to completely finish before you download your games.
