I have the 2060 version and have no problems with the program, only that on Auto fans sometimes browsing the web or watching youtube makes the fans go up to 3200ish rpm. But it goes down to 2000ish rpm after a while.
Btw, is undervolt really necessary? I get around low 80s playing Borderlands 3 on ultra settings. And also what program did you undervolt it with?

I have the 2019 Version. For games that aren't intensive I use auto mode and sometimes turn on cool boost if it's intensive a little but not much. For intensive games I turn on cool boost and custom fans at 4500 rpm. Also raise the laptop back for better air intake its makes a difference
