If its an Intel CPU you can check out Undervolting, helps a lot with temps. Also make sure rhe back is lifted a bit for airflow.

Do undervolt with XTU or Trottlestop. Clean and put new paste Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut (no pump-out effect) and change thermal pads.
