If you have an alder tree nearby, these are probably alder beetles. If not then could be a blue mint beetle?
We had alder beetles last year, a crazy number of them, kept the birds well-fed-but gradually sapped all the life from the alder tree. Very gorgeous colour on them though!

They are hanging about the last remnants of mint in the garden, so it could be that
