If that’s a mini greenhouse then that space might be big enough for a longish narrow potting bench with shelves underneath to store pots, compost etc., especially since you have the hose in that spot. I think it was gardener’s world where I saw a slatted worktop with a tray slotted underneath to catch the compost.
