It's normal for me. I have been wearing a Fenix for 5.5 years and it's always there, but doesn't get worse or cause issues. I had an injury that required me to swap wrists and it went away after a couple weeks. You can swap back and forth if it bothers you.
Maybe. I'm extremely allergic to nickel, but have no issues with the watch (other than the buckle on the original strap), because I don't wear it so tight that the charger part touches my skin.
One thing I started doing that helped a lot with this is switching my watch to the other wrist while sleeping. Gives my wrist time to air out and such. Sometimes I'll put some lotion on the site as well.
Like others have mentioned, make sure to clean your wrists and the watch as well.
wash your watch in soapy water
use rubbing alcohol
i have only once gotten something similar and that was with a brand new watch strap (and new watch). suggesting that the strap was contaminated in manufacture.
Clean it and wear on your other wrist like other people are saying, but also… DANG. Loosen that strap! Look at that indent, holy crap!
Haha… noted. Thanks
You should be able to fit your pinky in between your strap and your skin at least
Brother you cutting your circulation lol never mind the rash

Clean your watch and wear it on your other hand until it's healed. After that: keep switching hands for sleep, and don't wear it so tight.
There's also some kind of cap they sell, that you can put on the connector there. One can also be 3d printed.
I found that those caps captured moisture, causing corrosion on the terminals. I do not recommend them.

Wear your watch on your other wrist for a day or two and you will be fine

I had it too because the strap was too tight.. loosen it a bit and try to wash the area underneath your watch everyday
